The restaurant’s chef prepared a unique special offer and introduced some unusual dishes: Mchadi with Muluguni cheese – 170 RUB, baked stuffed quail (served with Lavash flatbread made in tandoor and Baku tomato) – 240 RUB, tender pike cutlets garnished with mashed potatoes and home-made soft-salted cucumber – 340 RUB, hot smoked Kolmahi (river trout cooked in home smokehouse with golden potatoes and Georgian style cabbage) – 480 RUB. Also, the special offer includes traditional Caucasian sweets: Matzoun with honey and walnuts – 140 RUB, puffed chocolate biscuit stuffed with warm chocolate, with a vanilla ice-cream ball – 200 RUB, Baklava – 200 RUB.
